How lovely it was to arrive, only to find that the supposedly 5-star restaurant wouldn't serve us dinner because we didn't email in advance. Completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury place. And what's with the lack of staff? Apparently, groups are more important than individual guests. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

My room had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The highlights were the rooftop. They offer amazing spa services like back massages and facials. The attention to detail throughout the riad was fab. Super peaceful and a great escape from the Medina hustle.
